Langtang Gosaikunda, natural beauty and Cultural rich magnificent land situated to the north from Kathmandu city in the district of Rasuwa, one of the remote yet famous trek sites of Nepal due to its amazing landscape and natural diversity. The journey begins from Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi and to Langtang than heading towards to Gosaikunda & Helambu region.
This Trek will make you admire these amazing and breathtaking places where its trail will lead you into the dense forest of pine, rhododendron, and scenic foothills and ridgeline of beautiful landscape, panoramic views of lovely Nature along the route. The journey will eventually lead you along the rugged terrains passing the virgin forests of Bamboo, Oaks, Pines, and Maples surrounding the Langtang river gorge as well as the National park area with the amazing Langtang Valley.
The uniqueness of Langtang-Gosaikunda combines trek is that you will not only meet people who look like Tibetan but also the pure Tibetans preserving and promoting its beautiful culture. Along with this, you get to meet some of the indigenous races of Nepal there like Tamang and Yolmos. Such diversity and ancient culture will arise surprising and thought-provoking in your soul. Our trail will lead towards the popular Hindu and Buddhist Holy Lake Called Gosainkunda, the lake is considered to be one of the most sacred and holy sites and famous for its pilgrimage tour among the locals. During the festival of Janai Purnima in Gosaikunda Lake at 4,300m, the full moon will approach with a crystal clear sky that reflects towards the Gosainkunda lake, making it even more magical as it already is.
After you land at Tribhuwan International Airport in Katmandu, you will be received by our representatives who will then assist you to transfer to your hotel. After check-in, we will have a short briefing of your trek. The remaining time is free for independent activities. You can relax or have an evening stroll around the city for your own leisure.

While our staff prepares your trek permits, we will take a tour of Kathmandu. This ancient city has lots of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. We will first visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, which used to be the palace of the rulers of the ancient Kathmandu. We will then take you to Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most sacred Hindu temples in the world. Next, we will visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest unique stupas in the world. Take some time to immerse yourself in the spiritual vibes of Boudhanath after which we will head back to the hotel. You will then meet your guide for trek briefing.
Today is the first day of our actual trekking. After breakfast, we drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi by bus via Trisuli Bazar and Dhunche (popular town). On our way, from Kakani, we will see first seen of some peaks like Mt Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh, and other peaks. We will get to Syabru Besi, an attractive village with large stone houses.
From Syabrubensi we begin our trek by following the Langtang River, a river we will be following over the next few days, all the way to the head of the valley. After crossing the suspension bridge, the trails ascent ridge to Paira Lodge and after Paira Lodge, the trails, gradually ascent until to New Bridge and the trail climbs up to Rimche and after 40 minutes, we get then to Lama Hotel. This day, you might feel wilderness and might get the opportunity to see wild animals like monkeys, red Pandas, Himalayan Black Bears, etc.

From Lama Hotel, the trail gradually climbs up to Ghora Tabela through a forest of hemlock, oaks, maples, and rhododendrons with spectacular, fleeting glimpses of Mt. Langtang Lirung (7,244m). Leaving Ghora Tabela, the path follows the delightful Langtang Khola, climbing steadily up to the spread-out Langtang village (3,500m). In the afternoon, we hike up to Kyanjin Ri and back to Kyanjin Gompa.

Get up early in the morning at 5:30 am. The trail climbs gradually to Sindum and to Yamphu (3640m). Crossing the Laja Khola then climbs a moraine to a viewpoint where you can see Kyanjin Gompa and the dramatic icefall flowing from Langtang Lirung. Besides, incredible mountain views, Langtang valley views with dramatic icefall flowing from Langtang Lirung and Gyanghempo peak can be seen.

Following the same path that we took, we will again go back to the lama hotel with no rush and spend our night there with a cozy kitchen with delicious food.

From Lama Hotel, the trail descends until Paira Lodge. Then the trail ascent through the forest after crossing the river, climbing to Syabru Village.

Passing Schools and gompas the trail ascent through the forest of hemlock and oak until trail Dursagang (2660m). Then the trail gradually ascent through forest Sing Gompa. Sing Gompa is popular for the Yak cheese factory and Buddhist monastery.

The trail climbs gradually up to Lauirbina Yak (3920m). From Lauirbina Yak, you can see panoramic mountain views of Nepal and Tibet Himalayan range. Then continue the trek up to a small temple with a statue of Sakyamuni and further climbing you can see good views of Saraswati Kunda and Bhairav Kunda and reach to Gosaikunda.

The trail leads to the northern side of Gosaikunda Lake and passing three more small lakes; you will reach Laurebina pass (4610m15120ft). The trail descends to Phedi (3740m). We continue to trek to Ghopte by following up and down the trail.

From Ghopte, the trail ascent from and again trail ascent to Tharepati. The trail descends through fir and rhododendron forest observing the beautiful mountain views of Mt. Dorje Lakpa, the mountain which has a vast glacial ice sheet on its western flanks on its way to Kutumsang (2450m).

The trail descends to the delightful hill village of Gul Bhanjyang. Again, trail ascent until Thodang Betini and we continue to trek down to Pati Bhanjyang (1860m) and exploring a Brahman and Chhetri village. Then the trail proceeds to Chisopani.

The route goes forward through the forest of oak and rhododendron and brings you to Borlang Bhanjyang (2440m). After we trek down to Mulkharka (1800m) from where you can see the spectacular view of Kathmandu valley. Descending through the forest to Sundarijal, a beautiful village near Kathmandu and we drive back to Kathmandu by tourist bus. Upon arrival at Kathmandu, we will rest for a while and we will head up to help you in buying a gift for you. Night walk around Kathmandu.
