      Nepal is one of the richest countries in the world in terms of spirituality and happiness. This is so, at least in part, not despite thecountry’s poverty but because of it. Sixteen days in Nepal combining vigorous trekking, daily workshops, amazing mountains, greatpower places, staying in Serang Gompa – a Buddhist monastery at high altitude – and quiet time for introspection have lead everybody in our group to reach again the peaks of yourself. We have been able to enjoy the lessons in leadership from the Himalayas. We have been delighted to enjoy a different life and this thanks to the marvellous Mahasukha Trekking Organsation. They have been carefully preparing the trek, leading us to amazing places and being all time a host, a valuable companion, a translator in terms of language and culture.
